Forever 500 Impact Grant Round

About Forever 500

Donors contribute $500 per year, with each contribution making a difference in two important ways:

• 50% is invested into our Forever Fund, helping build a lasting source of support for future generations.

• 50% is directed towards Greater Shepparton grassroots community projects, creating immediate local impact.

Donors play an active role in the giving process by voting on grant applications and helping decide which projects receive funding.

This is the first year of the program, and we are excited to offer $10,000 in community grants for 2026.

2026 Grant Round

Our goal for 2026 is to distribute $10,000 in grants (approx. 5 grants ranging between $500-$3,000 each) to local low SES Primary Schools, allowing them to fund the resources and programs they and their students need most - letting them tell us what they need.  We are opening the grant to 5 SES schools only.

Examples :

• Extra Readers

• Spare school uniforms for students in need

• Essential equipment and learning resources

• Kitchen and food program supplies

• School wish-list projects that enhance student wellbeing and learning

• Support for student transport to access school excursions or additional learning​

Funding Exclusions :

• projects for profit

• individual pursuits eg. sending 1 student to a special program

• projects outside Greater Shepparton

• projects that do not have the purpose of releaving or reducing poverty or distress of people in need or do not have the purpose of fostering equal opportunity

• no projects from organisations that have not complied with funding agreements previously​​​​​​​

• projects that are not already covered by school equity funding
